Borobudur Temple
Borobudur temple is located in Magelang Regency, Central Java.This Buddhist temple was built in the 9th century during the government of Syalendra dynasty. The architect was Gunadharma. Borobudur is a temple with ten levels. The first six levels are square. The next three levels are circular and the top level is a stupa. Stupa is the highest symbol of Budhism.
Dieng Temple
The group of Dieng Temple were built by Mataram Kingdom. This group of temple is located on Dieng Plateau. Some of the temple are Bima Temple, Gatotkaca Temple, Arjuna Temple, Srikandi Temple, Puntadewa Temple and Subadra Temple.
Candi Gunung Kawi
Gunung Kawi is an 11th-century temple complex in Tampaksiring north east of Ubud in Bali, Indonesia.It is located near the Pakrisan river. The government of Anak Wungsu in Bali Kingdom inherited 28 short inscriptions. Some of them are located in Gua Gajah, Gunung Kawi ( Tampak Siring ), Gunung Panulisan and Sangit.
Mendut Temple
Mendut Temple is a ninth-century Buddhist temple. Mendut Temple is located near Magelang, Central Java. This temple is a remainder of Mataram Kingdom. It was built by King Samaratungga of the Syalendra Dynasty. Currently, during the full moon in May or June, Buddhists in Indonesia observe Vesak annual ritual by walking from Mendut passing past Pawon and ends at Borobudur.
Prambanan Temple
Prambanan Temple is the most beautiful Hindu Temple in our country. It is located to the east of Yogyakarta. This temple was built during the time of Rakai Pikitan of the Sanjaya Dynasty. This temple also known as Loro Jonggrang Temple.
